The careful and meticulous vinification of fine Pinot Noir grapes, 100% pure. The origin is the classic one of France. In the area of Verzenay, in Aÿ, and Bouzy as well as Tauxières. The vinification, as the tradition of the maison, for this precious Champagne that is produced with the cuvée, or with the juice of the first pressing of the bunches. The foam is followed by a long aging on the lees before disgorgement.
Champagne Bollinger PN's features
The organoleptic examination shows a straw yellow color with golden reflections. The aroma on the nose immediately reveals aromas of cherry kernel, fruit jam and dried figs. Followed by hints of toasted and pastry, rich and complex, accompanied by notes of pear and hawthorn. The taste is rich and full-bodied in taste, markedly fresh in the gustatory development.
