This wine is produced from the vinification of 100% pure Aglianico. This is one of the most prestigious labels of Quintodecimo Company. The provenance falls within the company limits but the vines are included in a variety of parcels on the estate. Harvest takes place by hand, in small boxes of 15 kg at full phenolic ripeness. Vinification takes place after a careful and accurate pre - and post - destemming selection of the grapes from the bunch. The pressed grapes ferment for 15 - 20 days at a temperature of 28 - 30 ° C. Subsequently, a 12-month elevage is made in 50% new oak barrels.
