Weinbeschreibung
Il Langhe Rosso "Gentilium" DOC is a Piedmont red wine. The grapes are 100% Nebbiolo coming from Barolo, Barbaresco and Diano D'Alba The refinement is in oak barrel for about 20 months.
Characteristics of this red wine from Piedmont
Esthetically it has a bright ruby red color. The scent is elegant, delicate and clean with some licorice aroma. The taste is intense and delicate with a vanilla end.
Recommended pairings while tasting this wine
It has to be served at about 18-20°C. It is ideal to be drunk with meat especially roast meat and game, aging cheese and hard cheese.
