The bunches of Vigna Zampino express the essence of Falanghina, a prestigous local variety. This wine is produced with 100% Falanghina, cultivated in the area of DOC Falanghina del Sannio di Torrecuso, Benevento. The manual harvest is planned in the 1st and 2nd decade of October. The wine-making considers fermentation at controlled temperature and cooled maceration for 14 days. The aging is developed in inox for 4 months and continues in the bottle for at least 3 months.

Straw yellow colour enriched by rich perfumes that recall mango, banana and yellow melon. The taste is fresh, soft, warm, balanced full-bodied and persistent.
