The colli Martani Grechetto DOC of the Arnaldo Caprai winery is a white refined and fresh wine suitable for convivial moments. It is produced with grechetto grapes at 100%. The cultivation method of this local vine of the Montefalco territory is made by the cordon spur with the guyot pruning. There is a density of 5000 units per hectare. The profit is 90 quintals per hectare. The classic method of the wine making process ends with the aging in steel tanks for 3 months and other 3 months in bottle.
