Barolo "Bricco Ambrogio" DOCG is the Piedmontese red wine for excellence. The grapes that give rise to this wine are 100% Nebbiolo from Barolo, harvested strictly by hand in the Bricco Ambrogio cru, located in Roddi D'Alba in a particularly sunny position about 300 meters above sea level made up of vineyards with an average age of about 40 years . The winemaking is traditional with a maceration of approximately 10-15 days, followed by aging for 24-30 months in tonneau and 10 months in the bottle.
The characteristics of this Barolo
At sight it appears intense garnet in color with orange reflections.The scent is broad and intense with clear notes of violet and dried rose which give the typical warm and pleasant goudron. On the palate it is robust, structured and elegant with excellent persistence.

To be served in large glasses at a temperature of 18-20°C. It goes very well with roasts, braised meats, game and tasty cheeses .
