Description du vin

This Zamò Bianco comes from the blend of typical local vines such as Ribolla Gialla, Tocai Friulano, Riesling, Sauvignon or Pinot Grigio. The territory of origin is Friuli-Venezia Giulia, more precisely the town of Rosazzo. After the harvest which takes place in mid-September, the grapes are pressed and vinified separately in steel at a controlled temperature of 16-18°C. After 6 months of sur lies aging, the varieties undergo assembly and bottling. This white wine is fresh and fragrant, to be shared with friends in special moments.

 

Characteristics of this Zamò Bianco

This wine from Vigne di Zamò Winery shows a crystalline, golden yellow colour on organoleptic examination. On the nose it is perceived fine, persistent, fragrant, with aromas of bread crust, fruits and herbs. On the palate it is pleasantly fresh, soft with light notes of fruit and aromatic herbs.

 

Suggested food pairings while tasting this white wine

This white wine from Friuli Venezia Giulia is perfect for informal lunches, with light dishes based on vegetables, fish or white meats. Also ideal for trips out of town, it goes well with omelettes with herbs or vegetables and cold fish appetizers. This wine should be served at a temperature of 10°C in a large glass.
