For the production of this white wine of Elena Walch winery is used a blend of grapes composed as follows: 60% Gewurztraminer, 20% Muller Thurgau and 20% Chardonnay. The three varieties are vinified separately and then proceed with the cuvée in spring. The three grapes undergo a soft pressing but only those of Gewurztraminer before processing make a maceration of 6 hours on the skins. The must then ferments in steel at a controlled temperature of 20 ºC, while the aging requires a stop on the steel yeasts.
