The champagne Millesimato Maison Piper – Heidsieck is a prestigious wine. It has a special structure, rich  of fruity aromas. It is elaborated with a Chardonnay coming from the mountains of the Reims region present at 70%. The blend is completed by a 30% of Pinot Nero grapes which comes from the same region. The blend is made by 17 different crus of very first choice and this wine has to mature for 7 years in the cellar.

This champagne is a very prestigious, refined and quality wine. It has a light and bright straw yellow color with a very fine foam which let intuit its lively effervescence. It has an exotic, sugary and delicate aroma especially of mango and kiwi. The dry fruit of nuts, almonds and fig are remarkable. The final aromas are spicy: white pepper, fumed tea and chocolate. The taste is structured and deep, delicate, velvety and precise. It is harmonic and balanced. It is also sensual with meringue hints and something that reminds the east such as meant, tea and exotic fruits like pineapple and candy ginger.
