The Santadi Tre Torri Winery is a Carignano del Sulcis DOC Rosé made from pure Carignano grapes grown in the vineyards of lower Sulcis, on clay, sandy and calcareous soils. Production involves a short maceration on the skins at low temperature for approximately 14-16 hours, a technique that allows the aromatic heritage of the grape variety to be best preserved. The wine is then vinified in white at a controlled temperature, maintaining freshness and expressive elegance.

On organoleptic examination it appears with a bright pink color with cherry reflections. Delicate and refined scents of small red fruits, strawberries and berries emerge on the nose. In the mouth it is harmonious, lively and pleasantly fresh, with a good persistence that recalls the fruity sensations perceived in the sense of smell.
