Cala Dumbledore della Cantina Santadi is a Vermentino di Sardegna DOC produced from pure Vermentino grapes, sourced from Sulcis vineyards with the best exposures and low yields. The soils are medium-textured, generally sandy and clayey, which contribute to the freshness and aromatic fineness of the wine. The harvest takes place in September with manual harvesting of the grapes. After soft pressing, fermentation takes place in stainless steel at controlled temperature. Once alcoholic fermentation is complete, the wine continues its evolution in concrete tanks in contact with its yeasts, a phase that increases its roundness, balance, and flavor complexity.

In the glass it has a bright straw yellow color with golden-green reflections. On the nose it is intense and complex, with notes of apple, peach and citrus. In the mouth it is fresh, balanced and of good persistence, with a typical sensation of final flavour.
