From a blend of traditional grape varieties comes this white wine from Cantina Anselmi, whose name derives from the hill on whose summit the Capitel Foscarino vineyard is located. The volcanic soils of the Soave area contribute to the characteristic savory and mineral notes that enrich the wine's fruity bouquet. After the harvest, the resulting must is softly pressed and decanted, followed by fermentation at 16 degrees Celsius. The final refinement phase takes place in steel for 6 months, with silk batonnage.
Characteristics of the "Capitel Foscarino"
On organoleptic examination it appears bright straw yellow in colour. The scent releases notes of chamomile, scrub, tropical fruit and mineral lashes. The taste is broad and fresh, mineral, balanced and light.
Recommended pairings when tasting this wine from Cantina Anselmi
A perfect wine with summer appetizers and all the fish-based recipes, it accompanies the flavor of white meats well. The optimal serving temperature is 8°C in a large glass. The perfect wine to drink immediately but also suitable for being left to rest in the cellar without any problems for 2–3 years.
