Bianco Veneto PASSIONESENTIMENTO PASQUA

This white wine from Cantina Pasqua is part of the PassioneSentimento line, a tribute to wine and the Verona region. It is made from 100% Garganega grapes, harvested by hand and carefully selected during the harvest. The bunches are then left to dry in the fruit cellar to achieve a higher concentration of sugars and aromas. Once pressed, the grapes are macerated on the skins for 12 hours and vinified in temperature-controlled steel tanks. Once fermentation is complete, part of the wine is aged in French oak barriques and the wine is then blended and bottled.

Characteristics of this white wine from Veneto

It has a straw yellow colour with golden reflections. The bouquet is very intense, reminiscent of citrus fruits, peaches and apricots. On the palate, it is well-balanced with excellent persistence.

Try it with fish soups, white meats and grilled fish. Serve at a temperature of 10-12°C.
