This pure Fiano grape harvest produces this Apulian white wine from Vespa Vignaioli Winery, a grape variety with excellent taste and aroma, capable of expressing a pleasant, rounded fruit in our wine, offering good drinkability and freshness. The vineyards are located at 40 meters above sea level, on clay-sandy soils. The grapes harvested in the last ten days of August are pressed softly, and the must ferments unpeeled at 14°C for about twenty days. The final refinement phase takes place in steel for 4 months.
Characteristics of this Salento white wine
It has a delicate straw yellow color and olfactory notes reminiscent of white-fleshed fruit, citrus, hay, and aromatic herbs. Fresh on the palate, pleasantly savory, and with a slightly citrusy aftertaste.
