This Aglianico Taburno of the Fattoria La Rivolta Winery from Campania is produced with 100% Aglianico del Taburno grapes, grown in the company's vineyards located in the Benevento area. After the manual harvest in October grapes ferment in steel for 20/25 days at a controlled temperature before being transferred to barriques for 18 months plus others 6 months in the bottle before being marketed.
