This white wine from Piedmont comes from Timorasso grapes grown in the company's vineyards on the Tortona hills, on limestone-silty soils. The manual harvest takes place towards the end of September: the grapes are transferred to the cellar, de-stemmed and subjected to pressing, with cold maceration for a duration of 12 hours. Immediately after, the soft pressing takes place and the must obtained is decanted in such a way as to eliminate the most full-bodied sediments. Alcoholic fermentation takes place for 30 days in steel tanks.

Upon organoleptic examination this wine shows an intense straw yellow color, while the olfactory notes refer to exotic fruit.
Suggested food pairings while tasting this white wine from Piedmont
Excellent as an aperitif or in combination with fish dishes. To be served at a temperature of 10-12°C.
