Weinbeschreibung
Château Feuillet's Syrah is produced with 100% Syrah grapes. The grapes are harvested after careful selection in the vineyard are left to dry on small plastic drawers; after crushing it is put in small wooden barrels where it stands at least 3 months before being bottled.
Characteristics of this Valdostan wine
Intense red wine characterized by aromas of cherry and currant and an elegantly spicy finish. In the mouth elegant, with soft tannins.
Suggested food pairings tasting this red wine
Excellent with both red and white meats, try it with aged cheese too. Serve at a temperature of 16-18ºC in glass not very wide.
