Wine list | Rosso Igt |
This Venetian red wine comes from the union of three native grapes, symbolically represented as three swallows on the label of the bottle: Corvina, Rondinella and Corvinone. 10% Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot is used too. All the grapes come from the company's vineyards located in the hilly area of Sant'Ambrogio di Valpolicella, at an altitude of 350 m usl and on calcareous soils with the presence of clay. After the manual harvest between the end of September and the beginning of October, the grapes rest for 2/3 months in order to be then pressed and macerated on the skins for 10-12 days. Refinement takes place in oak for a minimum of 12 months.
