It is from the skilful and conscientious vinification by Fantinel technicians that this sensational label is produced, able to best represent the local tradition of Friuli Venezia Giulia. The grape variety used is 100% pure Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso. The origin is the classic Friuli DOC, Tenuta di Tauriano, near Pordenone. The vinification requires that the grapes vinify in steel, where they mature for a few months in order to be later bottled.
