The grape variety used for its vinification is that of 100% pure Glera. The origin of the vines is that of the classic Prosecco area with the DOC Denomination which guarantees its Controlled Origin. This Prosecco is produced exclusively from Glera grapes; the vine at the base of Prosecco, the “Sior Sandro” is a sparkling wine that stands out for its freshness and drinkability. A Charmat method that keeps all the characteristics of the grapes unaltered, from the fruity aromas to a certain feeling of satisfaction on the finish.
Prosecco Extra Dry DOC “SIOR SANDRO” ’s features
A straw yellow color, with a fine and persistent perlage. The perfume on the nose offers fresh floral aromas and a pleasantly fruity note in which references to apple and pear can be recognized. Freshness and aromaticity are supported by a good mineral texture to which are added delicate fruity hints and a pleasant closure that recalls the crust of bread.

An excellent wine with legume and seafood soups, pasta with delicate meat sauces, fresh cheeses and white meats, especially poultry. The optimal serving temperature is 8 ° C.
