This Prosecco DOC BIO Brut "Il Fresco" from Villa Sandi Winery is produced with 100% Glera grapes grown in the DOC area identified by the Production Regulations and called "DOC Treviso" under organic farming. After the soft pressing and careful vinification in white, at a controlled temperature of 20°C, the slow phase of fermentation begins. Prosecco DOC "Il Fresco" is a wine created to maintain the typical fragrance characteristics of the grape to the maximum.

The organoleptic examination highlights the valuable characteristics of this Prosecco from Villa Sandi starting from the color which is pale straw yellow with a fine and persistent perlage. The bouquet is fruity and floral with notes of ripe Golden apple and small mountain flowers. In the mouth it is dry, soft and savory with a fruity and aromatic finish.
