Villa Sandi
The old family-run winery of Villa Sandi, internationally renowned, operates within the DOCG areas of Cartizze and Valdobbiadene. To these estates is added the third estate, smaller in size for the production of wines of national importance of the Colli Asolani. In the heart of the 106.8 hectares of Cartizze lies Vigna La Rivetta di Villa Sandi, between the hamlets of Santo Stefano and San Pietro di Barbozza, in the municipality of Valdobbiadene. It is a micro-area kissed by a perfect combination of a sweet microclimate and a fertile land of ancient origins in which Villa Sandi has a vineyard of one and a half hectares called "La Rivetta" as it rises at the foot of a hill that increasingly rises and grows on the slopes. Happy and unrepeatable conditions allow the production of a Cartizze DOCG with unique characteristics, which Villa Sandi offers in the brut version, indicated to accompany the entire meal. The estate of Valdobbiadene is characterized by its exposure well exposed to the sun and at the same time ventilated; conditions that are well suited to the cultivation of the best grapes and the production of the great Crù del Prosecco, such as Cuvée. In addition to this enchanting scenery of sunny hills, Villa Sandi, through the advice of its winemakers and agronomists, controls many hectares of vineyards belonging to selected winemakers, to offer high quality D.O.C.G. products. The area is particularly known for the production of Prosecco, to which in fact Villa Sandi dedicates special care and attention; it is proof of its elegant wine, with characteristic floral and fruity notes that distinguish it in all versions, sparkling and sparkling. The vineyards of the Montello estate and the Asolani mountains have characterized the landscape of the Treviso hills for centuries and it is here, in the heart of the Montello and the hills of Valdobbiadene, that the Villa Sandi estates are located. Crocetta, between the noble slopes of Montello and Colli Asolani, houses one, located near the complex of the Villa.
