This Primitivo-Cabernet Sauvignon "Soranì" from the Apulian winery Masseria Surani is produced with 70% Primitivo and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown in the Salento vineyards located near Manduria. Following the manual harvest, the vinification phase includes a fermentation phase of 12-15°C in steel at a controlled temperature. The refinement requir a stay of 6 months in oak barrels.

At the organoleptic examination this Apulian wine shows a brilliant ruby red color; the olfactory notes evoke notes of cherry, blackberry and plum and a slightly spicy finish. On the palate it has a savory vein on the finish.
