From the Pecorino grapes indicated in the IGP technical method of Chieti, Casal Thaulero enriches the Borgo Thaulero line with this sensational meal wine of Abruzzo. This is the wine of the whilom fishers.
Characteristics of the Pecorino Terre di Chieti "BORGO THAULERO" wine
It has a bright and lively straw yellow color. The smell is wide, with peach and apricots aromas together with white and yellow flowers and a balsamic end. The taste is fresh, mineral and balanced with a not exaggerated body.
Suggested pairings with this excellent white wine
The Pecorino d’Abruzzo IGP of Casal Thaulero are perfect with fish, and light courses. It is perfect with raw, steamed and lightly grilled fishes. It is perfect also with fish soups, with clams, sushi and white grilled meats. It must be served in a wide wine glass at 12°C.
