Wine description
"Bibio" Pecorino is produced exclusively from organic vineyards. After the harvest at the beginning of September, the grapes are gently pressed and the fermentation takes place in contact with the skins for about 30 minutes. It is then transferred to steel where it matures until the following spring when it is bottled.
Pecorino "Bibio" BIO's features
The color is an intense and luminous straw yellow. The nose has hints of citrus fruits with spicy notes and aromatic herbs. A wine with a strong acidity and flavor that make it very pleasant.
