This Franciacorta Riserva Dosaggio Zero comes from the name of the family home where the Berlucchi brothers grew up, with grapes from the company's historic vineyards. The grapes used for its production are Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grown on the hills of Borgonato and Torbiato, on sandy limestone soils. The harvest was followed by soft crushing of the bunches and natural cold sedimentation. The first fermentation takes place in steel and then a part of the mass concludes the fermentation in 500-litre French oak tonneaux. After a long stay on the fine lees with reassemblies and batonnage, assembly and draft were achieved in the spring following the harvest.
Characteristics of this Franciacorta Riserva
It is striking for its golden yellow color and very fine perlage. The olfactory bouquet recalls citrus and roasting notes while on the palate it is vertical, powerful.

Great with fish tartare, sushi, oysters. Serve at 8-10°C.
