Franciacorta Demi Sec NECTAR DOCG Bellavista

The Nectar Franciacorta wine of the Bellavista winery unifies tradition and innovation. It is produced as in the 18^th century but with an innovative method with the aim to represent the sublime natural harmony. It is produced in a very limited edition and it is the expression of a purer, more natural and sensual “Demi-sec”. Its persuasive character comes from a specially dedicated cuvee produced with 100% Chardonnay grapes coming from 30 different vineyards located in high hills perfectly exposed at South.

It has a white and persistent foam joined by a thin and continuous perlage. It has a straw yellow color that with the time evolves in a gold one. The scent is rich, fragrant with remarkable candied white fruit, sweet flowers and honey. The taste is creamy, wide and soft, but also round and balanced.

The Nectar Franciacorta Bellavista wine can be matched with dessert, bakery or with creamy cakes. It is extraordinary with Sicilian cannolo. It is also very good as appetizer or for special occasions within friends. It has to be served at 10°C in flûte wine glasses.
