Weinbeschreibung
This elegant wine produced by Domini Veneti is a blend composed by 40% Trebbiano, 40% Garganega and 20% Fernanda di Lugana grapes. The vineyards are located in Custoza. The harvest is planned between half September and October and it is made manually. The wine making starts with the elimination of stalks and the soft pressing. The fermentation with skins is managed at 14°C. The aging is developed in steel tanks.
Custoza Classico DOC's features
Shiny straw yellow colour. Its aromatic perfume is delicate and pleasant, while the taste is classy, deep and bitter.
Suggested pairings tasting this product of Domini Veneti winery
It is fabulous with light starters, pasta with vegetable sauce and with lake fish. It has to be served at 10°C.
