Wine description

From a blend of Nebbiolo, Vespolina, and Uva rara grapes, this jovial and pleasant red wine from the Travaglini winery is born: as its name suggests, it is dedicated to Cinzia, daughter of Giancarlo Travaglini, who now runs the family business with her husband. The bunches collected by hand during the harvest are then subjected to steel winemaking for approximately 10-12 days at controlled temperature. Final stage of refinement also in steel for 12-18 months.
