“Antisa” in the dialect of Sicily means “wait”, a wait characterized by projects, dreams and faith. It is the Catarratto produced by Tasca winery, the most ancient and common version, typical, but less diffused. In Regaleali you can find some cultivation located also 900 meters on the sea level. This elevation gives a typical aromaticity full of hints of pink grapefruit. 100% Catarratto cultivated in the territories of the estate of Regaleali. The manual harvest of selected grapes is followed by fermentation in steel containers, without any addition of sulphur dioxide, with a continuous control of the temperature, set at 16°C for 18 days. During the aging process, that lasts four months, the wine rests on its yeasts and then it is bottled.

The organoleptic exam shows a straw yellow colour enriched by a fresh bouquet that recalls exotic fruits, wild flowers and minerals. Its taste is savoury and balanced, with sensations of pink grapefruit.
