Wine description
The red wine Cabernet Sauvignon IGT of the winery Fattoria Giuseppe Savini. The wine starts with a maceration of 8-10 days to allow the extraction of pigments and odorous substances found in the skins. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 25°C, with a second fermentation in the autoclave and aged in tank for 6 months.
Characteristics of this red wine
The color is deep red with violet notes. To the nose is spicy and enhances notes typical of the variety. In the mouth it is full, with a strong taste and characteristic.
Recommended pairings while tasting this red wine
Serve in glasses with an aperture at a temperature of 15-18°C. It is perfect with red meats, game and boiled meats.
