Barolo "Badarina" DOCG is red wine Piedmontese for excellence. The grapes that give rise to this wine are 100% Nebbiolo from Barolo, harvested strictly by hand in the Badarina cru, located in Serralunga D'Alba in a particularly sunny position about 400 meters above sea level made up of approximately 25-year-old vineyards. The winemaking is traditional with a maceration of approximately 10-12 days, followed by aging for 24-30 months in tonneau and 10 months in the bottle.
The features of this Barolo
At sight it appears to have an intense and brilliant garnet color with orange reflections.The scent is broad and intense with clear notes of raspberry and dried rose which give the typical warm and pleasant goudron. On the palate it is robust, with great structure and excellent persistence.

To be served in large glasses at a temperature of 18-20°C. It goes very well with roasts, braised meats, game and tasty cheeses.
