The grapes used to produce the Bardolino Classico DOC "Frescaripa", from the Masi winery, come from vineyards surrounded by woods and refreshed by the pleasant breezes of Lake Garda. It is a wine that comes from tradition, but is reinterpreted in a modern way by the company Masi. Light and fragrant, it offers a smooth and casual drink. The blend that makes it is represented by 65% of Corvina grapes, to which are added those of Rondinella for 25%, and those of Molinara for 10%.
Characteristics of the wine
On organoleptic examination it is a clear ruby red color. The aroma has a wide olfactory note, which is distinguished by flavors of plum and cherries, followed by pleasing spicy nuances of black pepper. The taste opens in the mouth and is wide and fresh, as well as flowing, corresponding to the nose and of good length.
