Recioto is the traditional dessert red wine of Valpolicella, produced exclusively with native grapes. Proposed by Masi winery in three variants, one of which is represented by Recioto della Valpolicella Classico DOCG "Angelorum", it is a wine that goes well with blue cheeses or dry desserts, and always remains fabulous to sip during conversations at the end of a meal.The vinification involves the use in a blend of Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara grapes left to macerate for a long time to increase the sugar concentration.
Characteristics of the wine
The wine has an intense ruby red color and is impenetrable to the eye. The scent is penetrating and rich in hints of fruit in spirit and cooked cherry that distinguish the smell, also gives balsamic notes and sweet spices. The taste is characterized by a pleasant and complex sip, well articulated between acidity and sweetness. Excellent persistence.

An ideal wine to accompany dry desserts and chocolate, it is always a good meditation wine. Try it with gorgonzola. The optimal serving temperature is 14 ºC in a small glass that enhances the aromas and taste.
