This Amarone Riserva comes from the combination of fine grapes of the Veronese tradition. The vines used are those of Corvina Veronese and Corvinone Veronese 70%, Rondinella 30%. The origin is the classic one of the Veneto. Harvest takes place in mid-October while vinification involves that grapes, once picked rigorously by hand, are dried according to the traditional method; the fermentation takes place at a low temperature, between 13 and 17 ° C, and then the wine is aged for 24 months in tonneaux and for another 12 months in the bottle.
