Fresh and slightly mineral, the Monrose of Mamete Prevostini Winery is made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes from the IGT Alpi Retiche area at Sondrio; the vineyards are located about 350-650 m above sea level and enjoy southern exposure: the soils are sandy and loamy, without limestone. The bunches are harvested manually and after a delicate destemming are pressed slightly and then placed in steel for cold maceration. Part of the must thus obtained ferments in white at 18 ºC and finally are always aged in steel for a period of 6 months and finally bottling.
Characteristics of this rose wine
It has a bright pink color and an olfactory bouquet of red fruits; on the palate it is slightly savory and mineral, fresh and refreshing.

Try it with meat dishes, raw or cooked fish and in gernerale with aperitifs. Serve at a temperature of 8 ºC.
