From the vinification by the technicians of Capichera, a 100% Vermentino. The origin of the vines falls within the administrative territory of the Municipality of Olbia and Palau. The Controllo e Garantita designation of origin is certified by the DOCG Vermentino di Gallura mark. The highest award in the wine industry. The aging potential for this magnificent wine is 20 years, depending on the vintage, but it guarantees at least 15 years of aging in bottle, during which the wine improves. Fermentation after vinification is carried out in steel tanks.
Vermentino di Gallura "VIGNA'ANGENA" DOCG's features
The organoleptic examination shows a bright straw yellow with golden-green reflections, slightly veiled. The scent evokes intense, floral notes of orange blossom, iris, broom, hawthorn and fruity yellow apple with pleasant mineral notes. The taste is fresh, lively, with full and fragrant pulp, closes with a nice fruity and persistent finish.
