The Valdobbiadene Brut "XXIII Ai Boschi" of Andreola is a Valdobbiadene DOCG obtained from vineyards conducted entirely organically, in the micro production area "Ai Boschi", where the woods alternate with vineyards, enriched by the passage of the hiking trail said "by Pope John XXIII", because it was the itinerary that Cardinal Angelo Roncalli loved to cover in the years between 1953 and 1958. The strong and energetic earth, composed of layers of brown sandy silt, reddish clayey silt, siliceous gravel, pebbles and conglomerates dating back to 100.000 years ago, before the last ice age, endow the XXIII Ai Boschi, of uncommon body and character.
