This Spumante Rosè +4 from Cantina Letrari is a particular wine, as indicated by its name: the numerical reference is to indicate a longer period of stay on the lees or 28 months, 4 more than the disciplinary. For the harvest, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes are harvested by hand in the hills of Cantina Letrari, originally from Trentino Alto Adige, more precisely from Vallagarina.
