Wine description
This Piedmontese white wine from Cantina Montalbera is made from 100% Timorasso grapes: the vinification takes place in white according to the traditional method, with soft pressing. The maturation takes place in stainless steel tanks with subsequent passage in the bottle.
Characteristics of this Piedmontese wine
It has a straw yellow color and a very intense aroma reminiscent of ripe fruit, almond and hazelnut. The palate is soft, full-bodied and with an excellent persistence.
Recommended pairings with this white wine from Piedmont
Try it with fish dishes such as tartare, soups, smoked fish or grilled fish. Serve at a temperature of 10-12 ºC.
