Spumante Marcello Bianco Millesimato Ariola is an Emilian sparkling wine produced by the Ariola winery, a town in the Parma hills known for its modern and territorial interpretations of local grape varieties. It is a vintage, therefore obtained from grapes harvested in a single vintage, a characteristic that allows for a more precise expression of the climatic peculiarities of that year. Production follows the Martinotti (or Charmat) method, with an autoclave froth setting that preserves the aromatic freshness and fragrance of the base wine, generally obtained from local white grapes.
Characteristics of this Ariola sparkling wine
On organoleptic examination it appears bright straw yellow in colour, crossed by a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose it is fresh and delicate, with floral notes of white flowers accompanied by fruity notes reminiscent of apple, pear and light citrus nuances. In the mouth it is lively and flowing, with a good acidity that gives momentum and freshness to the drink. The balance between softness and acid component makes it pleasant and immediate, with a clean and fragrant finish that invites you to the next sip.
Recommended pairings with this Marcello Bianco
In pairings he proves to be extremely versatile. It is ideal as an aperitif, but easily accompanies light appetizers, typical Emilian cured meats and fresh cheeses. It also pairs well with delicate fish dishes, light fried foods and simple preparations of Mediterranean cuisine. Its freshness and moderate structure also make it suitable for informal convivial moments, where drinkability and elegance play a central role. Serve at 6-8°C.
