The Passito di Moscato Reale "PETILLANTE" is linked to a wine project of Foss Marai Winery aimed at enhancing the lands of Murgia, in Apulia, UNESCO heritage. In this place so rich in charm, Foss Marai decided to make available his knowledge to give it new life: it was then proceeded with the restoration of an architectural structure as well as the restoration of the surrounding land; the result obtained was the foundation of Masseria La Sorba in Corato, in the province of Bari, where this wine is produced with 100% Moscato Reale grapes.

During the organoleptic examination, this passito has a bright yellow color with golden reflections. On the nose there are floral hints of rose and the residue of carbon dioxide from fermentation only enhances the multiplicity of aromas. On the palate there are sweet notes, from honey to vanilla.
