Wine description
Riesling DOP is a white wine from Trentino Alto Adige, originating in Germany. Cantina Brigl winery, with 700 years of tradition behind it, has always paid specific attention to the quality. It skillfully combines the ancient winery techniques with the most modern technology, in order to obtain the best results.
Characteristics of Riesling DOP
Light yellow Yellow almost greenish colour. Delicate and ethereal bouquet with peach, apricot, quince and green apple notes. Lively and elegant on the mouth.
Recommended pairings while tasting this Riesling DOP
It should be served in a medium-broad glass at a temperature of 10-12°C. It’s an excellent aperitif and it can be paired with fish dishes, like shrimp cocktail, seafood and lobster.
