From the use of pure Negroamaro grapes, this red wine from Cantina Giustini was born. VECCHIO SOGNO is part of the DESIGN line, wines that can best express the greatness of native grapes without neglecting a touch of style. The vineyards with an average age of 25-30 years are located in San Giorgio Ionico, on medium-textured soils with a good percentage of clay. Once harvested during the mid-September harvest, the grapes are destemmed and pressed. This is followed by maceration and alcoholic fermentation for about ten days at controlled temperature. The final refinement stage is entirely in steel.
