Wine description
Pinot Bianco "Haselhof" DOP year is a red wine from Trentino Alto Adige region. Cantina Brigl winery, with 700 years of tradition behind it, has always paid specific attention to the quality. It skillfully combines the ancient winery techniques with the most modern technology, in order to obtain the best results.
Characteristics of Pinot Bianco DOP
Pinot Bianco "Haselhof" DOP presents a yellow-greenish, almost light yellow colour. The Fresh and fruity bouquet is enriched by apple fragrance. Full-bodied taste with clear walnut, apple and green leafs notes with an aroma of butter.
Recommended pairings with the Pinot Bianco DOP
It should be served in a medium glass at a temperature of 10-12°C. It’s an ideal wine for aperitif and it perfectly suits fish dishes.
