Obvius Bianco BIO Salcheto

The renamed Salcheto winery could mix the tradition with the innovation. This sensational Bianco Obivius wine is made by 75% of Trebbiano grapes and 25% of Vermentino grapes. The area is in the territories of “Poggio Piglia" – “Chiusi "Incontri" and Suvereto in Tuscany. This wine can be aged in steel for 3 months and 3 months in bottle. It doesn’t change its characteristics for 2-3 years. The white obvious wine is the first white wine produced by this winery in 2016.

It has a light straw yellow color. The smell is net and delicate with white fruits and mineral aromas. The taste is fresh, juicy and very fruity but also very drinkable.

Suggested pairings with this Salcheto wine

It can be served as appetizer or with sushi and sashimi. It is perfect with fish starters or with sea food salads. It can be also matched with eggs, salad pies, fried fish or steamed vegetables. It must be served at 14°C in a high and tapered wine glass and the proof is 13%.
