Wine description
The Nebbiolo d'Alba of the Piedmontese winery Bruno Giacosa comes from grapes of the homonymous vine that are cultivated in the municipalities of Barolo and Barbaresco.After careful selection of the bunches during the harvest, we proceed with pressing and alcoholic fermentation in steel. Aging, on the other hand, requires the aging in large barrels for a year with subsequent aging also in bottle for 5 months.
Characteristics of this wine from Piedmont
Striking for its light garnet red color and a delicate bouquet: cherry, currant, raspberries and balsamic notes. On the palate it has a good balance and the finish recalls all the sensations already perceived on the nose. Good persistence.

Try it with particularly tasty meat dishes. Serve at 16-18 ºC.
