The cultivation soils are marl and exposed at south, south-east. The cultivation method used is the French Guyot and the picking of the grapes occurs in October. The fermentation takes place under temperature control for 25 days. There are some selected yeasts added to avoid the malolactic fermentation. The refinement takes place in wooden barrels for 18 months and further 2 months in bottle. Before the bottling there is a light filtering process to guarantee the brightness.
