The red wine Nivola of the Charli winery is the classic Lambrusco. This is the intense and sparkling wine that you imagine which is full and clean at the same time. This wine from the Chiarli winery represents a way of life. The Lambrusco Grasparossa of Castelvetro is honored by the DOC certification and it has a proof of 10,5%. The vine used is the Lambrusco Grasparossa as remarked from the name and the production process starts with the traditional soft pressing, and the maceration of the grapes for 48 hours at 10°-12°C. It follows the fermentation at cold temperature on the decanted must with selected yeasts. The final re-fermentation takes place with the “cuve close” method.

The Nivola wine has an intense red color with a strong structure in the palate joined by the foam which is abundant, with a fresh fruit bouquet.
