The red wine La Grola of the Allegrini winery, which is a prestigious wine company located in Veneto, is produced with 90% of Corvina and Corvinone and 10% Oseleta grapes. The vines are located in Sant’Ambrogio di Valpolicella in the “La Grola” estate which is extended for 30 hectares and where the vines were positioned between 1979 and 1998. The estate achieves the 310 meters above the sea level and it has a South-west exposition which guarantees sun during the year. The ground is mostly clay and calcareous, rich of sand and poor of organic substances. The vines are cultivated in a bilateral Guyot method on an average vines age of 25 years.

The main characteristics concern the acidity of the Corvina and the spicy and softness of the Syrah. The wise blend gives a red wine very elegant and harmonic, refined and able to age for at least ten years.
